What is the appropriate fire door rating? Multi story hotel building. The doors in question lead from a main floor hallway into the emergency exit stairway. SO the door leading from the hallway to the exit stairway need to be what fire rating? Thanks.

Without knowing all the details of the building, the typical door for that location would be a 2 hour rated door.

Making an edit correction here: The enclosure would typically be a 2 hour rated enclosure, but the 'door', which is what you asked about, the door would be a 90 minute rated door for that enclosure.
