The main change is that Jacksonville had a wind-borne debris region within 1-mile of the coast which required shutters or impact windows, that is not gone. The wind-borne debris within 1-mile of the coast now stops somewhere near St. Augustine.
Other than that, the wind pressures went down a little (but not much) with the change in the wind speed calculations. That will probably not affect anything as the window/door manufacturers (the ones I have seen) always exceeded the wind pressure anyway, so a slight change down (or up in some areas) should not make a difference with regard to window/door construction for windows/doors which are non-impact rated.
