Where do you start your electrical inspections?
I always started on the roof of a tall building and started in the middle working my way around clockwise and down the stairwells into the dwellings or offices. This took me down to the bottom and into the lower floors and basement. When I encountered any locked doors I stopped and asked for that door to be opened. If not that will be what will haunt you later in time.
