Hey Jerry,
do you have info on ventilation in laundry rooms?
Is there a minimum room size that would require ventilation of some type or do all laundry rooms require ventilation or, is it not necessary?

To rephrase your question to what I suspect you are asking: Do laundry rooms required make up air intakes to make up for the air exhausted by clothes dryers?

That would fall back to installation of the appliances in accordance with their installation instructions, which may specify minimum ventilation requirements 'for the laundry', which could get make up air from the rest of the house, depending on ... the requirements and wording in the manufacturer's installation instructions.

- M1307.1 General. Installation of appliances shall conform to the conditions of their listing and label and the manufacturer’s installation instructions. The manufacturer’s operating and installation instructions shall remain attached to the appliance.

For gas clothes dryers the issues are different than for electric clothes dryers as one must also make allowances for, and provisions for, combustion make up air.

- G2407.4 (304.4) Makeup air provisions. Makeup air requirements for the operation of exhaust fans, kitchen ventilation systems, clothes dryers and fireplaces shall be considered in determining the adequacy of a space to provide combustion air requirements.
