Buried flex connector

I need to tie into a soil pipe in order to relocate the toilet flange. and cap off the old one. I will need to break up slab to get at the connection. I was going to use a flexible rubber connector to make the connection and then re-bury the connection in concrete. Does code allow this?

That may depend on the manufacturer of the fittings and their listing information.

I know that the Fernco fittings I have used in the past have been approved for being buried in the ground and then backfilled over, that may have been the style of Fernco fittings I used also as Fernco has several styles of those fittings and it is possible that not all are approved for underground burial.
