Hi guys i have to design a spa in a commercial bldg. The spa is about 1000 sf.
i need the occupancy of the type of business to determine if i new one or two separate restrooms.

Is the "spa" a 'water' spa, beauty spa, massage/therapy spa, or ?
With no other information, I'd guess the "spa" would be a Group B occupancy.
